New Term of Consultation Groups
Signups are open for our next term of continuing ed with Blue Ridge Christian Counseling, so we want to share two opportunities:
1) Consultation Groups (all times EST):
-Laura Andrews: Thursdays 12pm
-Kathie Donaldson: Wednesdays 11:00am
-Michael Gembola: Tuesdays 9am
-Eamon and Kathryn Wilson: Wednesdays 1pm
If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to reach out, as one of our consult group leaders is open to re-arranging the time to best fit in new signups.
*Returning group members have early enrollment for the next term so if you are interested in a group that is already full, becoming an active member is a good way to have priority on the next term.
For those of you who are interested in learning more, our consultation groups meet every other week for 12 sessions, so twice per year. They are intended to help strengthen your skills in conceptualization and methodology and provide case support to you in this season of your development as a pastoral, professional, or lay counselor. They have been most beneficial for those working in more independent contexts such as church staff roles, private practice or overseas service. You will have the opportunity to present your own case studies or a counseling topic and to hear the same from your fellow group members as your leader facilitates the discussion each week.
